3. Counter Notification

  • Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

4. Response to Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it. If a counter-notification is received, we may reinstate the material after notifying the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Mallu Info will terminate the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
